HABITAT: Throughout the greater part of India.
BOTANICAL DESCRIPTION:
The medium sized tree, light brown and soft bark. The leaves are very large 3-5ft., opposite pinnate, leaflets-2-4pairs, ovate, glabrous. The flowers are erect racemes, lurid purple, fleshy. The fruits capsules, straight tapering to both ends and the seeds are numerous, winged all round except base.
