METHOD OF PREPARATION :-

1. Calculated the quantity of the drugs mentioned under AKIKA BHASMA in text for the required batch and quantity.
2.Accurately weighed and tested the drugs from the raw material store
3. Akika was purified by heating in specified dravya for specified duration as per text reference.
4. Shuddha Akika was triturated with specified drug and made into paste.
5. The paste thus obtained was made into pellets and placed in sharava samputa and after sandhi bandana subjected to gajaputa.
6. Allowed to self-cooling and grinded it to fine powder.
7. Withdrew the sample for testing and after testing the batch, the bhasma was released for packing.
8. Sealed and labeled the akika bhasma in well cleaned plastic bottles which was already cleaned as per their SCP (Standard Cleansing Procedure).
