NAME OF MEDICINE :- Hormocare Tablet
FORMULATION COMPOSITION :- Each tablet of 500 mg contains:
Harad (Terminalia chebula) 125 mg
Netrabala (Veleriana indica) 125 mg
Saunf (Foeniculum vulgare) 125 mg
Kuth (Sausurea lappa) 125 mg
DOSE :- 2 tablets thrice in a day with water or as directed by the physician.
INDICATION :- Hypothyroidism
