METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Calculated the quantity of the drugs mentioned under KRISHNA ABHRAK BHASMA in text reference and as per master formulary record of the pharmacy for the required batch and quantity.
2. Accurately weighed and tested the drugs from the raw material store and cleaned them.
3. The vajra abhrak was heated to red hot in an iron pan and immersed in specified drug. This process was repeated 7 times. The vajra abhraka was triturated till it become fine powder and was sieved through cloth, after which it becomes purified.
4. This dried abhrak was ground well for one day with specified drug. Thin and flat chakrikas were made and dried under the sun. These cakrikas were kept in sarava samput and sandhi lepa was done. Thereafter gaja puta was given. This process was repeated 3 times.
5. Withdrew the sample for testing and after testing the batch, the bhasma was released for packing.
6. Sealed and labeled the bhasma in well cleaned plastic bottles which was already cleaned as per their SCP (Standard Cleansing Procedure).
