METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Calculated the quantity of the drugs mentioned under RAJAT BHASMA in text reference and original formula mentioned in the master formulary for the required batch and quantity.
2. Accurately weighed and tested the drugs from the raw material store and cleaned them.
3. Rajat patra was heated and soaked in each of the specified drugs mentioned in the Yog separately 3 times, after which it was purified.
4. Shodhit rajat was coated with the paste of specified drug mentioned in the Yog, dried, and subjected to puta with different drugs mentioned in text. Later it was made into chakrikas which was kept in sharava samputa and subjected to puta for 3 times.
5. Withdrew the sample for testing (rekhapurn bhasma) and after testing the batch, the bhasma was released for packing.
6. Sealed and labeled the bhasma in well cleaned plastic bottles which was already cleaned as per their SCP (Standard Cleansing Procedure).
