FORMULATION COMPOSITION :-

Each 5gms. contains:

Shawet musli (Asparagus adscendens)-11.18% Gaund Kikkar (Acacia arabica)-11.18%, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)-11.18%, Shatavar (Asparagus racemosus)-11.18%, Kaunch beej (Mucuna pruriens)-1.39%, Sukshm Ela (Elettaria cardamum)-2.79%, Vang bhasam (Satannum calcined)-1.39%, Karpoor (Camphor)-0.69% Khand (Sugar)-44.75%. Excepients—q.s.

DOSE :-

3 gms. to 6 gms. or as directed by the physician.

THERAPEUTIC USE :

Spermatorrhoa, Oligospermia, General debility, Nocturnal emission, increases quality and quantity of semen etc.

ANUPAN  :-

To  be taken with water or luke warm milk or as directed by the physician.

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Calculate the quantity of the drugs mentioned under the MUSLYADI CHURNA as per text and as per master formulary record of the pharmacy for the required batch & quantity.
2. Accurately weigh the tested drugs from the raw material store and clean them properly to exclude physical impurities/foreign materials .Again weigh the drugs and adjust their weight loss according to the master formula.
3. Clean the pulveriser as per SCP (Standard Cleansing Procedure).
4. Coarsely powder the drugs mentioned in the Yog and sieve them from the Sieve No.100.
5. Gond keekar is roasted in required quantity of ghrit and is allowed to dry and cool. It is then pounded well in the pulveriser and coarsely powdered drugs are added in it. It is again sieved through sieve (No.100).
6. Sugar, prawal bhasam, vang bhasam and camphor are separately powdered and added in the Yog.
7. Take a sample for testing and after testing the batch, the churna is sealed and labeled in well cleaned plastic bottles as per GMP mentioned in D & C Act 1940 and the rules made there under.
